The Cooking Loft

Spazio Torricelli is a design location a few kilometres away from Reggio Emilia, a city in the North of Italy, where the Italian flag was created, which can host 50 participants in an orchestra layout, where events, workshops, congresses and meetings can be organized.
On request, the following equipment is available: two maxi-screens, a projector, audio system with three microphones, background music, staff (hostesses, stewards, interpreters, simultaneous translators, and soon), flowers and any further requirement for any kind of event.
Spazio Torricelli proposes from time to time meetings with art (painters and sculptors), with culture (presentation of books) and show business, as well as training courses.
At the Spazio Torricelli, The Cooking Loft has its premises, a place dedicated to the passion for cooking and to the practical preparation and tasting of both traditional recipes and also special and innovative ones.
The Cooking Loft offers cooking classes based on different themes, with the cooperation of star-chefs as well as informal laboratories where 28 “students” can take part in lessons and try to realize dishes of any kind. All the cooking classes will begin at 7:30 pm.
Some tasting evenings will also be organized where top quality food products will be offered, products of Italy but also from abroad, for a max. of 40 people, with uncommon and not ordinary combinations.
These tasting evenings will be organized in partnership with local manufacturers, but also with foreign producers, importers and new entities belonging to the food industry.

The Cooking Loft is available for rent, with use of the kitchen, for those who wish to organize a private dinner in complete privacy and calmness, or for those who wish to show food products to a precise audience target.
